Material information
The Kuon furniture in the Desert color is made of sustainable textiles, named by Blomus after Socia. This multi-colored bouclé furniture fabric is voluminous (588 gr/m2) and soft with a rugged and modern look. It is made of 100% recycled polypropylene and Oekotex-Standaard 100 certified.
The legs of the footstool are made of black painted oak and have silicone protective caps on the underside.
Cleaning and maintenance
Vacuum the textiles regularly with a suitable nozzle, preferably with half suction power. To remove stains, we recommend acting as quickly as possible after spilling liquids. First allow any liquid residue to absorb in a dry cotton cloth (do not rub). Carefully remove dried residue with a spoon and vacuum up loose particles with the vacuum cleaner before continuing. Non-greasy stains can be removed by gently dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean, warm water. Avoid edges by gently dabbing the stain in a circular motion, working from the outside in. Remove grease stains with suitable cleaning agents or solvents. In all cases, we recommend trying the stain remover on an inconspicuous area first to see if it affects the cover. Allow the fabric to dry completely before using the item again.
Has a stitch or loose thread appeared in the fabric? Then you can put it back in with a blunt object. Please do not pull or cut as this may worsen the damage.
To clean the legs, we recommend only wiping them with a damp cloth.
